Trees II

A series of two prints inspired by the remaining snow clusters on Børge Bredenbekk´s apple trees, marking the end of winter. The artist wanted this to be somewhere in between figurative and abstract. The bold shapes dissolve up close but from a distance the depiction is clear. Hand printed in two colours on a Mist coloured paper. One with a warm background referencing spring and one with a colder background for winter.
